Nicola Peltz Beckham loves Selena Gomez like a love song.
After sharing glimpses into their friendship on social media over the last several months, the Bates Motel star revealed how she and the "Come and Get It" singer became BFF goals rather quickly last fall.
"I had met her once in passing a few years ago, and then we all went to this event in September, the Academy Gala," Nicola, 28, told Cosmopolitan in an interview published March 14. "We just clicked and had the best time. And then we became super, super close. I feel like she's my soul sister. I love her so much."
As Nicola, who's even got the matching "angel" tattoo with Selena, 30, to prove it, shared, "She's truly one of the most amazing people I've ever met in my whole life. The kindest person ever. Truly, her heart is gold. I feel like I've known her forever."
And if you're wondering about whether the Only Murders in the Building star also gets along with Nicola's husband, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham? No need to, since it's practically the same old love.
"Oh my god," she joked. "We're like, ‘Yeah, we are a throuple.' We are all three best friends."
And for Nicola, her close friendships continue to be a priority in life.
"I think it really is so beautiful when you have girlfriends in your life who cheer you on," she continued. "And if I'm just walking down the street and a girl is like, ‘Oh my gosh, I love your outfit,' it means so much more than if a guy says it. Like, ew, whatever. But when a girl compliments you, it's so much more special."
And as their Instagram posts make clear, Selena and Nicola's bond continues to grow by the day. Aside from birthday shoutouts and matching tattoos, there's also been the picture-perfect sleepovers and getaways to prove it.
In fact, most recently, Nicola posted a photo of the two out to dinner, writing alongside her Feb. 11 Instagram post, "I love this girl so much @selenagomez angel sister." As for Selena, it was more than clear she shared Nicola's sentiment, commenting, "Angel sisters for life!"
